3M Widens Its Reach With New 5-Meter-Wide Flexible Substrate

6.21.17

Every project is different. Some may be big and bold while others are small and subtle, but no matter the scope, success depends on having the right products. As the sign industry continues to evolve, 3M is introducing a product expansion that will help graphics manufacturers tackle larger-than-life illuminated sign projects. That new offering is 5-meter-wide 3M™ Panagraphics™ III Wide Width Flexible Substrate.

While maintaining its superior quality and unrivaled dependability, 3M Panagraphics III Wide Width Flexible Substrate is now available in a 5-meter-wide selection (197 inches), joining the current portfolio of options between 59-165 inches. This increased width fills a gap for large-scale signage and reduces seaming, as it’s the ideal size for super-wide printers. The result is a more efficient workflow, improved productivity and a first-rate visual finish for any sign face.

“At 3M, we pride ourselves on paying diligent attention to the details. We value the reputation of our customers and go to great lengths to ensure their clients are delighted with their finished products,” said Tony Fulco, marketing manager, 3M Commercial Solutions. “With the new 5-meter-wide option for Panagraphics III, sign builders have another high-quality option to help bring their creative ambitions to life, and we can’t wait to see what they accomplish.”

The 5-meter-wide flexible substrate offers multiple decoration options, including cut vinyl and direct print. It is also backed by the 3M™ MCS™ Warranty, providing up to 9 years of outdoor durability.
