Registration is now open for SuperCorrExpo 2024. Hosted jointly by TAPPI and AICC, it is touted as the largest event in the corrugated packaging industry. This year’s show is held from September 8 to 12 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL. The theme of SuperCorrExpo 2024 is “Time Tested, Future Forward.”
With the event just a few months away, several vendors planning to exhibit share what they plan to showcase. Over 230 exhibitors are slated to be on the show floor.
Air Systems Design, Inc., booth 1161, is a family owned and operated business since 1982. Today its staff includes mechanical designers and engineers fully trained in auto CAD. The company’s electrical engineering design services assure that all control systems meet stringent specification and each customer’s specific needs. Air Systems Design manufactures its own separators, cyclones, paper handling fans, sound enclosures, conveyors, air tables, material air locks, bleed-in valves, dust hoods, and floor sweeps. In addition, it represents a complete line of shredders, wet scrubbers, different types of filters, and no-shred balers.
Baysek Machines, Inc., both 1701, showcases its proven method of fully automatic rotary, anvil-flat die cutting found exclusively in the model C-190 inline with the Baysek PreFeeder. Witness precision cut, 100 percent automatically stripped, nick/tag, and angel hair free die cutting via a single operator at the touch of a user-friendly touch screen. Predetermined, accurately counted, finished units are precisely auto stacked with ease. Engineered for minimal operational cost and maximum quality results, increased production with decrease manual work load is expected.
Domino, booth 2701, showcases its X630i digital aqueous inkjet corrugated press. Built, serviced, and supported in the U.S., it offers a small footprint, climate-controlled environmental enclosure, and Sun Automation lead-edge, servo-driven feeder. The maximum sheet size is 63×118 inches and it prints on coated and uncoated corrugated sheets.
HP, booth 1055, continues to lead in the competitive world of packaging and printing, with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and efficiency. The HP PageWide Press Portfolio, which includes the T1195i, T700i, T470S, and C550, is more than just a series of products—it’s a comprehensive set of solutions tailored to the rapidly changing market demands. The foundation of the HP PageWide portfolio is its dual focus on efficiency and quality. Designed to maximize productivity, these presses can churn out thousands of sheets per hour or perform high-speed roll-to-roll printing with precision. The advanced thermal inkjet technology delivers sharp text, accurate barcodes, and consistent color transitions, satisfying the rigorous quality expectations of the modern packaging industry. All presses use water-based inks to ensure operator safety and supports the creation of packaging that meets the stringent standards of global sustainability initiatives.
