Johnson Plastics announces the launch of its “Guaranteed In-Stock” program. The program promises guaranteed availability of its most popular products. Following on the heels of its newly redesigned website, the company says the effort is aimed at furthering the company’s commitment to streamlining customer service.
Products that are part of the Guaranteed In-Stock program are shaded in teal in the print catalog, and accompanied by a “Guaranteed In-Stock” icon in the website catalog. Items unavailable from the nearest Johnson Plastics location will be shipped from the next closest location for free. As part of this program the company has also increased its inventory levels to accommodate orders.
