Cooley Group is excited to announce the expansion of our EnviroFlex digital print media portfolio, designed for global brands seeking to improve their environmental footprint. The product line was engineered to meet the growing need for more sustainable alternatives to vinyl across a broad range of applications in the out-of-home advertising and point-of-purchase markets.
Cooley has now manufactured, printed, and installed over 200 million square feet of its existing EnviroFlex product—the 4.2-oz. PE Frontlit for banners and billboards—as an alternative to vinyl for some of the world’s leading outdoor advertising companies.
New products include:
• EnviroFlex PE Poster (2.9 oz/yd2 ǀ 102 g/m2): Engineered for smaller scale indoor/outdoor poster and banner print applications. Available in widths up to 3.4 meters and optimized for UV printers.
• EnviroFlex PE Latex Banner Hi-Res (5.6 oz/yd2 ǀ 190 g/m2): Optimized and certified for high resolution printing on wide-format latex printers, including HP’s leading line of latex printers. Ideal for indoor and outdoor banner applications. Available in widths up to 3.2 meters.
• EnviroFlex PE Latex Banner Superior Durability (5.9 oz/yd2 ǀ 200 g/m2): Optimized and certified for printing on wide-format latex printers, including HP latex printers. Available in widths up to 3.2 meters.
• EnviroFlex PE Backlit (5.9 oz/yd2 ǀ 200 g/m2): B1-certified and engineered for indoor/outdoor signage, point-of-purchase, and other backlit displays and applications. Note: Both EnviroFlex PE Latex Banner Hi-Res and SD deliver a >45% lower carbon footprint than 13 oz/yd2 (370 g/m2) PVC alternatives.
