Onyx Graphics, Inc. today announced it will unveil ONYX 19 software exclusively at FESPA Global Print Expo 2019 in Munich. Following the successful sneak preview that impressed visitors at ISA Sign Expo 2019 in Las Vegas last month, visitors to the Onyx Graphics stand at FESPA will see the full product that introduces the Spark Engine and DeviceLink+; specially designed to reach new heights on all print applications including soft signage and textile. Visitors to FESPA can see ONYX 19 on the Onyx Graphics stand F40 in Hall B5, May 14-17.
Building upon the award-winning ONYX 18.5 software, using Adobe PDF Print Engine 5.1 and winner of several top product awards throughout 2018 for best color management, best RIP and print workflow solution; ONYX 19 introduces the Spark Engine: a new performance platform built for unrivalled speed, performance and reliability; and DeviceLink+: an all-new system of color management controls to achieve consistent color across an entire site.
“ONYX 19 is the culmination of 30 years of innovation in the wide-format print industry,” said Kevin Murphy, President and CEO of Onyx Graphics. “With the speed and performance increases from the new Spark Engine, coupled with next generation color management using DeviceLink+, print service providers can reach new heights using ONYX 19.”
Visitors to the Onyx Graphics stand at FESPA will also get a first-hand view on how to build iccMAX v5 profiles and choose between three new dot patterns for the smoothest output on all wide-format print applications.
Availability ONYX 19 is expected to be publicly available following FESPA this summer and will be available for the entire suite of ONYX products including ONYX Thrive and ONYX RIP products. Onyx Graphics, Inc. is recommending the purchase or renewal of an ONYX Advantage subscription, which will guarantee upgrade to the new version. The ONYX Advantage program gives ONYX software users an easy way to keep their software current and secure their investment. It provides product upgrades, new printer drivers and access to on-demand training and support videos.
