Catalina Graphic Films announced the release of Graphic Safety Film—a 4.0 mil. matte white flexible vinyl with ultra removable, child-safe adhesive—intended for use as decals for toys, walls, windows and other children’s play surfaces.
In regards to toys and other children’s play surfaces, this product surpasses the most stringent children safety standards as defined by multiple state and national safety agencies.
It complies with U.S.CPSIA, EU Toy Safety Directive (2009/48/EC); EN 71-3, RoHS/REACH/SVHC, CHC (Maine), CHCC (Washington State), Cal. Prop 65, US/HHS Carcinogens List, 16CFR Chapter 11, 1500, JARC Vol.’s 1-114, U.S. Toxics in Packaging, Classes I & II Ozone Depleting Substances, U.S. Persistent Organic Pollutants Convention, ISO 8124, U.S. Lacey Act, ASTM-F963, U.S. Dodd-Frank Act, 21CFR 175.105, and more.
Ideal surfaces for Graphic Safety Film include flat, non-textured painted walls, clean polished glass, most types of wallpapers and wood paneling.
Compatible with solvent / UV-curable screen printing and solvent / eco-solvent digital printing methods, it can also be top-coated for offset, Litho and Flexiographic use.
