Continental Grafix USA announced today that their specialty, adhesive-backed vinyl, X-Treme, has been certified by HP for Latex Printers, and has “passed all the Certification tests and achieved the expected threshold, including ‘General Image Quality’, ‘Printer-Media Interaction’, and ‘Image Handability’”. HP Latex Printers include their 300, 500, 1500, and 3000 series printers.
X-Treme is a smooth, 4 mil, white vinyl film backed with a proprietary, removable adhesive specially formulated for application in extreme temperature conditions. Well-suited for low-surface energy substrates in any condition, X-Treme is an excellent choice for labeling, transportation, and exterior graphic applications where exposure to extreme cold, high heat, or humidity is a concern.
