Creative Banner Displays, the industry leader in portable displays, signs and banners, opened a new shipping facility in Hagerstown, Maryland. This new facility provides faster delivery to surrounding states on select, best selling hardware and media.
With a new shipping location in the Northeast, Creative Banner now offers faster delivery and possibly cheaper shipping rates to customers who reside in nearby states. Customers will receive same-day shipping when they order any of these select products by 2pm. This allows for customers to receive their products in 1-2 days, through standard shipping, versus the previous 3-4. Customers will no longer need to expedite and pay additional shipping charges.
This new facility demonstrates Creative Banner’s continued growth as a company and their commitment to customers by providing faster shipping. John Bruellman, President of Creative Banner says, “When our customers in the Northeast expressed the need for timely and cost effective delivery, we listened to them. We know that time is valuable and we pride ourselves in providing the highest level of customer service. Our new facility will simply allow us to more effectively meet these demands.”
The Hagerstown facility will house some of Creative Banner’s most popular hardware and media, while their Minnesota facility will continue to be their main location for all hardware and printed products.
