DPI Laboratory, a digital print innovation company, announced a strategic partnership with Kothari Infotech to launch KFLOW, an intelligent workflow automation platform designed to help print and customization businesses increase efficiency, accuracy, and profitability.
KFLOW automates and optimizes the full production journey from order intake to final shipment. The system connects e-commerce platforms, printers, fulfillment stations, and quality control processes in real time, helping businesses deliver faster and with fewer errors.
“Today’s customers expect personalized products delivered quickly,” said Lon Riley, Founder and CEO of DPI Laboratory. “KFLOW gives businesses complete control over their operations while protecting sensitive data and eliminating inefficiencies that cost time and revenue.”
KFLOW operates as an on-premise software solution using standard computing hardware. The platform synchronizes orders from multiple online stores, automatically generates and routes print files to the appropriate machines, and provides real-time production instructions using a barcode-based system. The software supports machine scheduling, work assignments, and shipping coordination, all through a single dashboard.
Businesses can track every job from start to finish, receive instant alerts about issues on the production floor, and gain insight into performance metrics through detailed logging and reporting. KFLOW also integrates with enterprise resource planning systems, shipping software, analytics tools, and collaboration platforms.
Kothari Infotech brings more than two decades of experience in digital imaging, color science, and RIP technology to the collaboration. Known for innovations in white ink printing and sustainable digital ink solutions, Kothari Infotech has partnered with global original equipment manufacturers and filed multiple international patents in digital printing technology.
“KFLOW is not just a future concept; it is something businesses need right now,” Riley said. “With the right systems in place, small teams can operate more efficiently and compete effectively, even with limited staff and resources.”
DPI Laboratory provides KFLOW as a standalone software solution or as part of a full printing ecosystem that includes its Catalyst Printers™. The system supports any print or embellishment hardware, offering flexibility for businesses of all sizes.
Sanjay Maheshwari, Director of Kothari Info-Tech Private Limited, commented on the partnership: “Lon’s extensive experience in ERP implementation and the print equipment industry makes him exceptionally well-suited to contribute to the growth and success of KFLOW™. His deep industry knowledge aligns perfectly with our vision for the product, and we are confident that his involvement will significantly enhance our ability to support customers in streamlining their workflows. We are excited to embark on this collaboration and look forward to helping our clients achieve greater operational efficiency and productivity.”
