Encore Products recently announced the addition of a White-Black-White option for its top-selling Half Inch Rigid Foam Board product line. EnCore’s half-inch foam board is also available in White, Extreme White, Black on Black, and White-Black-Black. All of the products in the line offer a resilient polystyrene “memory” core that bounces back once cut – giving a clean, uniform edge, while providing more rigidity than 3/16″ thickness. The white surfaces are clay-coated, and the Black on Black® surfaces are acid-free.
“We’ll accommodate just about any request we receive from our customers, and occasionally, a particular request is so popular that it leads to a new product or offering – as was the case with the new White-Black-White option in our half-inch foam board line,” said Constance Henshaw, Vice President and General Manager, EnCore Products. “Customers really like the look of the crisp white printing area on both sides of the board – with the black foam core showing on the edges for modern flair.”
It is no surprise that EnCore’s Half-Inch Foam Board line continues to expand, given its popularity with customers. EnCore is the only producer that can manufacture a consistent ½” thickness, and this consistency eliminates issues in the cutting process – saving customers time and money. The Half-Inch Board is also amazingly light and offers ultra-smooth surfaces for superior printing. The products in the line can be ordered in sizes up to 60″x120″; and high-volume, cut-to-size sheets are also available.
EnCore’s Half-Inch Foam Board is used in a range of applications, such as digital imaging, signs and displays, models, and exhibits – and is well-suited for many fabrication processes, including framing, laminating, mounting, hand- or machine-cutting, embossing, and scoring.
