Fellers, LLC, a national distributor serving the sign and graphics, automotive films, and printing industries, announced today the appointment of Steve Cavin as the new Chief Executive Officer. In this role, Steve will lead the company’s overall strategic direction and oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization.
Steve is an accomplished and results-driven global sales executive with more than 20 years of experience building, scaling, and revitalizing high-performing organizations. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong track record of driving commercial transformation, expanding market presence, and delivering sustained revenue growth.
Prior to joining Fellers, Steve served as Chief Commercial Officer at Shorr Packaging Corporation, where he was responsible for leading the company’s commercial strategy, market expansion initiatives, and revenue growth. During his tenure, he played a key role in advancing Shorr Packaging’s account executive development, digital initiatives, and brand transformation efforts.
Steve’s leadership background also includes senior roles as Vice President at Crescent Electric, Vice President, Sales/General Manager at Optimas, and Regional Vice President at MSC Industrial, where he consistently delivered strong performance and organizational growth.
Steve’s appointment marks an important step in Fellers’ continued evolution and positions the company to accelerate growth, strengthen its market leadership, and continue delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to customers nationwide.
