Part one of this two-part series reviews traditional framing systems and why they are a popular alternative for finishing graphics. Due to cost efficiency and ease of use, snap-and-shut frames remain a go-to option for retail, restaurants, movie theaters, and sports centers. Here, we provide an overview of traditional framing systems.

SwingFrame systems have a permanent Coroplast or PVC backing board within the frame and swing open by sliding a lock. It is best used for environments in retail, offices, restaurants, night clubs, museums, and exhibitions.
