The Mosaica Group, a Midwest-based distributor supporting wide format, sublimation, digital, offset and other print processes, has become a Mutoh authorized reseller and service partner of their grand format aqueous-based printers. In addition, The Mosaica Group was accepted into Mutoh’s Textile and Dye Sublimation Extended Partner Program (EPP). The EPP is reserved for dealers that display the proper skills and technical knowledge to sell and support Mutoh’s full line of dye sublimation printers as well as expertise related to transfer equipment, inks and media.
The Mosaica Group is already known for offering an exclusive dye sublimation portfolio that will complement Mutoh’s efficient ValueJet product line of sublimation printers. SupremeJET is their flagship brand that includes premium and classic heat transfer papers, inks and tissue paper. Utilizing a unique new coating technology, SupremeJET transfer papers consistently demonstrate improved productivity of over 30 percent due to an increase in transfer speed through the heat press. SupremeJET premium dye sublimation inks offer extremely low consumption with a quick transfer rate. By utilizing the latest transfer technology for full-color printing solutions, print shops can increase their market share and grow their business by providing colorful and vibrant prints at the same price points of screen printed jobs.
Mutoh’s fast ValueJet 2638X, one of their seven efficient dye sublimation printers, delivers high-impact prints up to 104” wide. Standard features include a heavy duty feed and take-up system, RIP, media cradle, installation and one-year on-site limited warranty. With dual-staggered print heads delivering print speeds up to 1,168 sf/hr used in conjunction with SupremeJET ink, users will see an average ink savings of greater than 20 percent.
