Major improvements include better infiles, and customizable customer branding.
Better Communication
Version 2.5 of tFlow Approval allows complete configurability for email alerts of events within the system — from when a new job has been created, to when new comments arrive, or when a job has been sent to production. Email alerts can be sent in real time, daily or on any given day of the week. The new commenting engine allows for more dynamic conversations with no screen refreshes. In addition, conversations made between internal team members and with customers can be maintained separately, avoiding the need to use an external communication tool when commenting orders and jobs.
Customized Branding
Clients can be assigned their own custom URL with their corporate branding, allowing print brokers and printers to keep their corporate identity when farming out jobs.
Print/Proof Differentiation
Jobs can have different files for proof and print. This is very useful in cases where the jobs that the internal team is viewing include stepped and repeat or media saving functions. Displaying the job as a 1 up proof is sometimes a better way to present them to customers.
